Dear Customers,

In the past two weeks Customer Service has received over 74 calls regarding virus’s on their system while browsing Facebook, MySpace, and other social networking websites.

The virus (ScareWare) and pops up and looks like windows is reporting it found a virus, when in fact the window that pops up is actually the virus itself!

RECOMMENDATIONS:

We recommend useing FireFox as your beowsers while useing any of these social networking sites instead of Internet Explorer for browsing these websites.

If you encounter a pop up screen telling you that you have a virus DO NOT CLICK ON, OPEN, SAVE, OR EVEN TRY TO CLOSE THE WINDOW.  Simply shut down your computer and wait a few seconds and restart. DO NOT TRY TO CANCEL OR GET OUT OF IT DUE TO THE FACT THAT CLICKING ON ANYTHING WILL ACTUALLY BRING THE VIRUS INTO YOUR SYSTEM.
