Basic Diagnostics (100233)
Basic Diagnostics start at $59.
Computer Pickup Policy (999999)
Any computer left 30 days after we’ve notified you about it being finished will be used for parts.
There is a $50 storage fee after 30 days.
Computer will be disposed of after 90 days.
Data Recovery (100001)
Data Recovery starts at $99.
Attempt Fee is $50, payable upfront, even if unsuccessful.
Data Transfer (100101)
Small amounts of data that does not require removing hard drive to transfer and has no virus is $40.
If we reconfigure your e-mail, an additional $15 may apply.
Emergency Service (200123)
Emergency Service is an additional $40. This means that the system will be looked at the same day BUT does not mean the system will be completed the same day. Due to some circumstances, not all repairs will or can be completed the same day. (Example: Virus repair causing excessive time to rid system of virus).
Hard Disk Maintenance (100109)
Hard Disk Maintenance starts at $25.
Clean temporary and unneeded files to reclaim valuable disk space. Check for and correct file corruption
Optimize disk for greater performance.
Hardware (102133)
Hardware cleanup starts at $25.
Check system for conflicts and malfunctioning hardware.
Provide recommendations for upgrades and repairs.
Clean and maintain internal components to ensure trouble-free operation.
Home Pickup & Delivery Available (300213)
Home Pickup & Delivery is $20 if you live within a 10-mile radius of INKONET Networks ($10 each way).

Operating System and Utility Software (999701)
Operating System and Utility Software diagnostics start at $35.
Check operating system (Windows 98, Windows XP, and NT) for current patches and service packs.
Ensure virus protection is current. Update as necessary.
Analyze other applications and utility software running on system and make recommendations.
PC Analysis & Maintenance (999602)
PC Analysis & Maintenance starts at $25.
Testing of Peripherals (New Systems and Upgrades only) (999999)
Peripherals (cameras, scanners, printers, etc.) are minimum of $10 per item. (max time 20 min each) Price
Upgrade Quote Policy (600100)
Upgrade quotes are $15 initially, and is applied to the labor when you give us “GO” Appointment needed.

Our upgrade kits (new processor, motherboard, case & memory) will upgrade almost any computer.
Virus Removal (666666)
Starting at $119 and is based on time spent removing virus(es)
LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY
- Limited 3-Year Parts and Labor Warranty: If any component(s) in your new INKONET Networks Computer system becomes unserviceable during your first three years of ownership, INKONET Networks will replace the defective component(s).
- Processor has 3-Year Warranty (retail processor). Motherboard has a 2-year Warranty. Hard Drive(s), Power Supply and Case have a 1-Year Warranty.
- All Hard Drives have 1-Year Warranty EXCEPT Western Digital drives with the MB Buffer, which has 3-Year Warranty. Components which are replaced by INKONET Networks will continue to be covered under the original warranty.
- INKONET Networks, is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from end-user negligence. Monitors and Printers are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
- Start of Warranty: Warranty starts on the date of original purchase and continues for three years from that date.Upgrade to Full 3-Year Warranty: To upgrade your warranty to a full three years, you merely pay an additional $69 per year.
- Lightning Strikes: Our three-year warranty covers only those INKONET Networks computer systems that are protected by surge suppressant power centers, power strips, or cable modem surge suppressors.
- Non-Warranty Coverage: The following are not covered under our three-year warranty: (a) Installing programs that change your settings are not covered under the three-year warranty. (b) Damage incurred by not connecting your computer to a surge protector. (c) Upgrades and changes to system made by someone outside of INKONET Networks Computers. (d) Damage incurred through shipping. (e) Damage incurred while connecting and/or disconnecting peripherals when computer is still powered up.
